Recover Credentials

To recover your password you will need to know the username associated with your account.

1. If you are on the recover username page, click on the Forgot password? link.
2. Enter your username in the Username field and click on the Submit button.
3. If a valid username is provided, an email with a temporary password will be sent to the email address associated with the IdiotSimple user account.
4. Check your email box for the Temporary Password email sent from info@idiotware.com.
5. Follow the instructions in the temporary password email to reset your password and log into IdiotSimple.

If you do not remember your username or the email address associated with your account, please contact your company administrator for further assistance. They will be able to provide you with either your username or email address so that you can recover your password.
